For added peace of mind, you can add optional Shipping & Product Insurance to your order for a flat $10.00 per order.
What it covers
Shipping & Product Insurance protects your order against damage or loss — including items damaged or lost in transit. If something goes wrong with an insured order, we will make it right with a replacement or a refund.
How it works
- Completely optional. You choose whether to add insurance — it is never added automatically. Your order will ship normally without it.
- Flat $10.00. A single flat fee of $10.00 per order, shown as a separate “Shipping + Product Insurance” line item.
- Add it before checkout. Select the Shipping + Product Insurance option on the product page or in your cart before completing your purchase.
- Filing a claim. If your insured order arrives damaged or does not arrive, email us at Royalemerchantcontact@gmail.com and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Terms
- Insurance must be added at the time of purchase and cannot be added after an order has been placed.
- The $10.00 insurance fee itself is non-refundable.
- Claims should be reported within 14 days of delivery, or of the expected delivery date for orders that do not arrive.
