We have partnered with the bamboo project, Indonesia in the battle against climate change. Did you know that bamboo can sequester 4 times more carbon than other trees, making it one of the biggest carbon sinks on land? One bamboo plant can sequester up to 133kg of CO2 while generating over 300kg of oxygen every year. It's also a highly renewable source of biomass energy. In addition, the bamboo plant does not die when it's cut down, and the material can be used by local villagers in need for materials to build houses and useful tools.
That is why we have committed to donate a percentage of our sale on each order to plant one bamboo plant and sequester 133kg of CO2. Together we can make a difference!
